1. Terms and Conditions
1.1 By making your booking for match day hospitality you agree to these terms and conditions. If you are making a booking for a third party you shall be deemed to be acting with the consent of such third party to agree these terms and conditions on their behalf.
1.2 The Ground Regulations, the Terms and Conditions of Entry and The Terms and Conditions of Match Day Tickets shall form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Applications & payment
2.1 Applications for hospitality can be made by either completing the on-line application form or sending a completed application form with full payment to:

2.2 No application for hospitality will be accepted without us first receiving payment of the booking fee in full.
3. Changes to or cancellation of your match day hospitality:
3.1 Football match fixture dates may be subject to change from time to time for reasons beyond our control (including, without limitation, television scheduling, cup competitions or postponement due to adverse weather conditions). Where any match is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, we shall not have any liability to you or your guests, except that following any cancellation, abandonment or postponement of a home match you shall be entitled to attend the rearranged match. If you are unable to attend any such rearranged match your booking will be cancelled and you will be liable for payment of the cancellation charges set out in 3.4.
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel your hospitality package:
(i) if you are in breach of any of these terms and conditions; and/or
(ii) if you or any one of your guests is prohibited by law from attending any football ground.
In the event of a cancellation pursuant to this clause 3.2 you shall not be entitled to a refund of your booking fee.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel your hospitality package if instructed to do so by our Stadium and Security Officials acting pursuant to our General Safety Certificate for the Stadium issued by Liverpool City Council (copies of which are exhibited at the Stadium and can be obtained from us on request) or on the advice of any of our safety or security advisors or the police. In the event of a cancellation pursuant to this paragraph we will refund the total cost of your booking fee.
3.4 If you cancel your booking for any reason, we will be entitled to charge you the cancellation fees set out below. If we receive notice of cancellation:
(i) less than 14 days prior to the date of your booking 100% of your total booking fee;
(ii) between 15 and 30 days prior to the date of your booking 75% of your total booking fee;
(iii) between 31 and 60 days prior to the date of your booking 50% of your total booking fee; and
(iv) more than 60 days prior to the date of your booking 10% of your total booking fee.
3.5 We will endeavour to accommodate any request from you to change the date of your hospitality booking to another fixture date within the same season (requests to transfer to an alternative fixture will not be accepted within 7 days of scheduled fixture date). If we are unable to agree a mutually acceptable alternative date for your hospitality your booking will be cancelled and you will be liable for payment of the cancellation charges set out in clause 3.4. In the event a refund voucher is requested and issued, cash refunds will not be considered.
3.6 If you have purchased a Champions League Group Stage bundle, you may not cancel your hospitality booking in respect of any individual a single Group Stage match within that bundle and you may not transfer any booking to another fixture. If you choose to cancel your whole Group Stage bundle booking, you will be liable for payment of the cancellation charges set out in clause 3.4, which will be calculated from the first fixture of the Group Stage bundle.
3.7 We may at any time substitute your hospitality package (or any part thereof) with an alternative. Where any substitution is not of an equal (or greater) price we will refund to you the difference between the cost of the replacement hospitality package (or part thereof) and the cost of your original hospitality package (or part thereof).
3.8 No refunds will be given by us for any matches unattended.
4.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit either party's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
4.2 To the fullest extent permissible in law, neither The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):
(i) any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any guest or to any property belonging to you or any guest in or upon the stadium or any car park offered for use as part of the hospitality, resulting from any cause whatsoever;
(ii) for any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever; and/or
(iii) any losses arising from any cancellation, postponement or rearrangement pursuant to clauses 3 (Changes to or cancellation of your match day hospitality), 5.2, 6.1 and/or any breach by you of these terms and conditions.
5. Away Supporters
5.1 The facilities of your match day hospitality package are located in areas of the stadium reserved for the use of the Club's supporters. Away colours are not permitted.
5.2 We shall be entitled to immediately eject from the stadium any person if we (or any of our safety or security officials consider:
(i) such person is not a supporter of the Club;
(ii) the presence or behaviour of such person may create and/or increase potential crowd disorder at the stadium.
In the event of a cancellation pursuant to this clause 5 you shall not be entitled to a refund of your booking fee.
6.1 Your hospitality package is personal and shall not be transferred or resold save with the prior written consent of the Club. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any unauthorised transfer or resale we may cancel your booking and the provisions of clause 4.2(iii) will apply.
6.2 In the case of group bookings, we cannot guarantee that your match day tickets will all be located together although we will endeavour to do so.
6.3 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and shall publish any such changes on our website www.liverpoolfc.com.
6.4 If any of these terms and conditions is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, they shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
6.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
7.1 In these definitions the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
"Ground Regulations" means those ground regulations issued by us from time to time that set out the terms and conditions upon which spectators are granted entry to the Stadium (copies of which are available upon request or at our website www.liverpoolfc.com).
"Terms and Conditions of Entry" means each of the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, The Football Association Premier League Limited and The Football League.
"Terms and Conditions of Match Tickets" means the terms and conditions of match tickets (copies of which are available upon request or at our website www.liverpoolfc.com).
1.1 ‘Conditions’ means theses Terms and Conditions under which the Company accepts a Reservation to provide coach services to an applicable football match.
1.2 ‘Company’ means Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited.
1.3 ‘Client’ means the organisation, individual or agent who enters into the Contract.
1.4 ‘Passenger’ means the person or persons being carried by the coach ran by the Company.
1.5 ‘Reservation’ means an accepted booking by the Company from the Client in writing.
1.6 ‘Tariff’ means the agreed set price which is defined by the Company to its Client.
1.7 ‘Contract’ means the agreement between the Company and the Client governed by these Conditions.
2.1 All Clients and/or Passengers are responsible for maintaining active adequate travel insurance cover for all Passengers as applicable.
3.1 These conditions apply to all Reservations. The Client acts on behalf of all the Passengers travelling on the vehicles under such Client’s Reservation. If the Client is a company, group, partnership, an individual must be named as a responsible person. The Client is responsible for the actions and decisions of all its Passengers on board including any additional costs incurred in performing the contract, whether or not they actually travel. The Company will only accept instructions from the responsible person. If the responsible person is not going to travel, an alternative representative must be chosen and the Company informed prior to a Reservation being made.
3.2 If the Client wishes to cancel a Reservation it may do so upon written notice to the Company at any time prior to the journey start but the Company shall be under no obligation to refund the Tariff paid.
3.3 In the event of any emergency, riot, civil commotion, strike, lock out, stoppage or restraint of labour, act of god or force majeure event or on the happening of any event over which the Company has no control (including adverse weather and road conditions) apparent prior to the journey start, the Company may cancel the Contract and retain part or all of the Tariff in order to satisfy any applicable non-refundable deposit owed to the Company’s sub-contractor providing the coach for such journey.
3.4 No animals (other than guide dogs and hearing dogs notified to the Company in advance) may be carried on any vehicle without prior written agreement of the Company.
3.5 No flag or poster is to be displayed on any vehicle without the written consent of the Company.
4. Terms of Payment
4.1 The Client shall pay the Company the Tariff for the provision of coach services, before the journey is undertaken at the time of Reservation
5. Provision of Coach Service
5.1 The Company shall provide a vehicle from a sub-contractor that is suitable for the journey
5.2The Company maintains the right to define the route taken by any vehicle.
5.3 All vehicles hired by the Company are subject to restrictions on carrying luggage for statutory safety reasons. The Client accepts that the driver of the vehicle shall be the sole judge as to whether and to what extent Passengers’ property is carried. Large, bulky items may not be able to be carried.
5.4 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to luggage or any such personal possession of a Passenger, including any luggage or personal possession left on board. Luggage should not be left on board.
5.5 The driver is not responsible for any porterage but has sole responsibility and discretion over the storage of Passengers’ luggage.
5.6 The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle at all times, and as such may remove any passenger whose behaviour prejudices safety. The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by any passenger.
5.7 The Company gives its advice on journey time in good faith. However, as a result of breakdown or traffic congestion, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the Company, journeys may take longer than predicted and in those circumstances the Company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the Client as a result including but not being limited to Passengers missing part of or the entirety of any football match.
5.8 The coach shall depart the departure point and the destination after the conclusion of an applicable football match promptly as advised by the Company on a case by case basis. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the Client as a result of Passengers failing to ensure they have embarked the coach in good time prior to a notified departure time.
5.9 The Company reserves the right to park the vehicle only in areas as defined by applicable Road Traffic Regulations or by local authorities which govern the parking of coaches.
5.10 Any ‘on board services’ provided by the Company are without prejudice and liability. The Company shall have no liability for any claim or injury, directly or indirectly related to the provision of ‘on board services’; toilet facilities, hot & cold drinks and food, audio and visual facilities to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5.11 Any safety notice in the coach for the benefit or well-being of the passengers is deemed to be understood and, unless requested, will be complied to without further representation by the Company or driver.
6.1 All safety measures are taken in accordance with relevant and applicable laws.
6.2 Emergency procedures are outlined by notice on each vehicle – Passengers should familiarise themselves with emergency exists and procedures.
6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown, the Company maintains the obligation to replace the vehicle with an alternative vehicle. In those circumstances the Company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the Client as a result.
6.4 Any specialist needs for passengers who may have a disability must be defined at the time of reservation.
6.5Consumption and or carrying of alcohol in the passenger compartment of vehicles is strictly forbidden.
7.1 Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence, the Company shall not be liable to the Client in any way or by any reason or by any implied warranty, condition or other terms under common law under the terms of this Contract including as a result of an Act of God/Force Majeure to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.1 Any notice of change, whatsoever, to be given by either party to the other under the existing conditions shall be in writing.
8.2 Provision of coach services by the Company to the Client is made under, and in accordance with, the law governing England and Wales. Any dispute between the Client and the Company, if the need arises, will be heard within the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
1. Issue of Season Ticket
1.1 The issue of a Season Ticket and subsequent access to the Ground is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry (which can be found on ñ or accessed via ñ the Club’s website at liverpoolfc.com or can be provided upon written request to the Club).
1.2 Season Tickets are for the use of supporters of the Club only. By applying for a Season Ticket and/or using the same you hereby warrant and represent that you are a supporter of the Club.
2. Admission to the Ground
2.1 By purchasing and/or accepting and/or holding a Season Ticket and/or using a Season Ticket to gain access to the Ground, you:
(a) certify that you have read, understood and accepted;
(b) agree to be bound by and to comply with; and
(c) agree to bring to the attention of others, as required below, the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2.2 A Season Ticket permits you to occupy at the Match the seat indicated on the Season Ticket or such other alternative seat as the Club may allocate to you in its reasonable discretion.
2.3 Nothing in these Conditions of Issue shall constitute or imply any entitlement to occupy the seat indicated on the Season Ticket in any subsequent season.
2.4 Save as set out in clause 2.5 below, you shall not bring into (or use within) the Ground any equipment that is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to the Match or any aspect of it. Any person acting in breach of this provision may have such equipment confiscated and/or will be required to deliver up any tapes, films, disks or other recordings or data to the PL and/or the Club and the copyright in any such recording or transmission is herby assigned (by way of present assignment of future copyright pursuant to section 91 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988) to the PL.
2.5 Mobile telephones are permitted within the Ground, provided that they are used for personal and private use only.
2.6 Save for official Club merchandise and/or other football-related clothing worn in good faith, you shall not bring into, use or display within the Ground any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials.
2.7 You shall not offer or distribute (either free or for sale by any person) within the Ground any consumer article or commercial product of any nature. For the avoidance of doubt this clause shall not prevent the lawful distribution of text publications in any format which do not infringe clause 2.6 where both the content and the publication are lawful in all respects and do not in the Club’s reasonable opinion constitute a threat to public order.
2.8 The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the Ground any person who fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2.9 Without prejudice to the representation at clause 1.2, above, and in light of the Season Ticket holders being grouped together in designated areas, any attempt to gain access to the Ground wearing or carrying apparel (including, without limitation, hats and/or scarves) that demonstrate support for the Away Club, may result in admission being refused or you being ejected from the Ground and in such circumstances no refund or alternative seat will be offered.
3. Use of Season Ticket
3.1 Subject to clause 3.2, below, Season Tickets are issued for your sole use and you shall not sell, assign or transfer or lend the Season Ticket or the benefit of it to any other person without the prior written consent of the Club. The reference to selling the Season Ticket includes offering to sell a Season Ticket (including, without limitation, via an online auction website), exposing a Season Ticket for sale, making a Season Ticket available for sale by another and advertising that a Season Ticket is available for purchase. For the avoidance of doubt (and by way of example only) this Season Ticket may not be offered as a prize in any promotion or competition; transferred, lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package; given to a third party who agrees to buy some other goods or services; or used for any other commercial purpose, (all save as expressly authorised by the PL or the Club).
3.2 You may only sell or transfer the Season Ticket to a Guest with the express written consent of the Club given at the Club’s absolute discretion. No such sale or transfer will be permitted except where the same takes place in respect of an individual match and in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of a ticket to that Match and such transfer does not take place during the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business. Such resale or transfer to any Guest is hereby provided to be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this clause) apply to and bind that Guest as if he/she was the original purchaser of the Season Ticket (and you must inform the Guest of this).
3.3 The unauthorised sale or disposal of a Season Ticket may amount to a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. The Club will inform the police when it becomes aware that a Season Ticket has been sold illegally and will press for charges to be brought against those breaking this law. If you are convicted of a ticket touting offence, or we reasonably suspect you have committed such an offence, we will notify the Premier League who may in turn notify other Premier League Clubs and/or the UK Football Policing Unit or other law enforcement agencies. The information that we share may include your personal details, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details). We will use this to identify and prevent ticket touting offences and disorder at matches.
3.4 The Season Ticket will remain the property of the Club at all times and must be produced together with evidence of your identity if required to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club or any police officer. The Club reserves the right to require the immediate return of the Season Ticket at any time.
3.5 Any Season Ticket obtained or used in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry shall be automatically void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Season Ticket shall be nullified. Any person seeking to use a Season Ticket in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Entry in order to gain entry to the Ground or remain at a Match may be considered to be a trespasser and may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the Ground in respect of a particular Match and/or may have his/her Season Ticket cancelled or withdrawn. In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this clause 3.5, no refund shall be payable to the holder in respect of any unexpired portion of the Season Ticket. The Club further reserves its right to take any legal or disciplinary action against any person(s) as it sees fit in connection with such matters, including a claim for an account of any profits made from an unauthorised use of the Season Ticket.
4. Changes to Dates, Refunds & Exchanges
4.1 No guarantees can be given by the Club that a Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The Club reserves the right to reschedule any Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever. Your Season Ticket will enable you to attend the re-arranged Match.
4.2 The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel costs.
5. Lost or Stolen Season Tickets
5.1 In order to gain admission to the Ground the Season Ticket must be presented in its entirety at every Match. If applicable, the numbered vouchers must be torn from Season Ticket books in the presence of the turnstile operator/attendant.
5.2 In the event that you forget your Season Ticket in respect of any individual Match, the Club shall not be obliged to admit you or issue any other form of ticket for that Match. If a match-day duplicate ticket is issued, the Club may require payment of a non-refundable administration charge. A maximum of three match day duplicate tickets can be issued over the season, after which, no further duplicates will be issued. Car Parking Season Tickets cannot be duplicated.
5.3 If, in the Clubís opinion, a Season Ticket is damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed, a duplicate Season Ticket shall be issued by the Club as soon as reasonably practical after the payment of a non-refundable administration charge. Only one duplicate Season Ticket will be issued to you per season and you will be required to sign a document confirming that the original Season Ticket is damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed and indemnifying the Club against any direct or indirect consequences of such matter having been falsely represented or stated to the Club.
5.4 Should any Season Ticket when applied for not arrive in the post after purchase, you will be required to sign a document confirming this and undertaking to immediately return the original Season Ticket to the Club should it come into your possession at any time. There will be no charge for the issue of a duplicate Season Ticket in this instance.
6. Change of Address
6.1 If you change your address during the season you must notify the Club as soon as reasonably practical. Proof of address must be provided before an address can be changed.
7. Cancellation & Withdrawal of Season Ticket
7.1 Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the Club shall have the right in the case of any serious or persistent breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry to cancel and withdraw your Season Ticket. In the event of such cancellation no refund will be paid in respect of any unexpired portion of the Season Ticket. Without prejudice to the general nature of the above the following actions shall constitute serious breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry:
7.1.1 smoking in designated non-smoking areas;
7.1.2 being (or appearing to be) intoxicated;
7.1.3 persistent standing in seated areas whilst the Match is in progress;
7.1.4 the sale or transfer (save as permitted) of a Season Ticket to any person;
7.1.5 the possession of a banner or flag that bears material or slogans that are offensive, obscene, abusive or racist;
7.1.6 the supply of any misleading or incorrect information in any application;
7.1.7 the use of foul, obscene, abusive, racist and/or discriminatory language and/or gestures;
7.1.8 the throwing of any object within the Ground that may cause injury or damage to people or property without lawful authority or excuse;
7.1.9 the chanting of anything of an indecent, racist and/or discriminatory nature;
7.1.10 fighting or engaging in and/or inciting violence;
7.1.11 bringing into the Ground (or using within the Ground): illegal drugs, other illegal substances, fireworks, firecrackers, smoke canisters, air horns, flares, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels or any item that might be used as a weapon or compromise public safety;
7.1.12 entering the playing area or any adjacent area to which spectators are not generally admitted without lawful authority or excuse;
7.1.13 any misrepresentation in relation to clause 1.2, above;
7.1.14 breach of the terms of any Club membership (if so applicable);
7.1.15 any breach of clauses 2.4 or 2.5, above; and
7.1.16 any failure to pay or default of payment in respect of any sums owing to the Club (or any third party) in respect of any Season Ticket.
7.2 If a Season Ticket holder is not 17 years old or over, his/her parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are responsible for his/her actions, conduct and compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
7.3 In the event that your Season Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled the Club reserves the right to exclude you from any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify you from applying for any Match ticket or Season Ticket at its discretion and to notify FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, PL, The Football League and/or other football clubs of such exclusion and/or disqualification (and the reason(s) for such exclusion and/or disqualification).
8. Filming, photography and taping
8.1 All Season Ticket holders who enter the Ground acknowledge that photographic images and/or video recordings (and/or stills taken from video recordings) may be taken of them and may also be used in televised coverage of the game and/or for promotional or marketing purposes by the Club, the PL or others, and use of a Season Ticket to enter the Ground constitutes consent to such use.
9. Away Barclays Premier League and Other Competition Ticket Allocations
9.1 A Season Ticket does not automatically give the holder entitlement to away Barclays Premier League or away Domestic Cup tickets. Subject to the Club receiving an application in accordance with the relevant selling instructions issued, priority may be given to supporters on the number of tickets purchased in the relevant competition during the previous season(s). It may also include the number of tickets purchased during the current season. The number of tickets purchased will be determined from the information held on the Ticket Office database.
9.2 A Season Ticket does not automatically give the holder entitlement to away European tickets. Subject to the Club receiving an application in accordance with the relevant selling instructions issued, Season Ticket holders may have the opportunity to submit an application for the first match played in the UEFA competition. The Club reserves the right to use the number of tickets purchased in the relevant competition during the previous season to allocate priority for the first match played in UEFA competition. In the event of the Club progressing to any future rounds of the competition priority will be given to supporters who have purchased tickets for the previous round(s) (excluding any qualifying rounds) of the relevant competition during that season. It may also include the number of tickets purchased during the previous season. The number of tickets purchased will be determined from the information held on the Ticket Office database.
9.3 In the event of Liverpool Football Club participating in any Cup Semi Final no guarantee of a ticket allocation can be made to any Season Ticket Holders
10. Exclusion of Liability
10.1 Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of the Club, neither The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):
(i) any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any Guest or to any property belonging to you or any Guest in or upon or around the Ground or any car park, resulting from any cause whatsoever;
(ii) for any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever; and/or
(iii) any losses arising from any cancellation, postponement or rearrangement of a Match in accordance with Clause 4 including but not being limited to any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel/accommodation costs.
10.2 Neither the PL nor the Club shall be responsible for any interruptions and/or restrictions to the view of the Match caused by virtue of
(i) the position of the seat and/or
(ii) the actions of other spectators.
11.1 The invalidity or partial invalidity of any provision of these Conditions of Issue shall not prejudice or affect the remainder of these Conditions of Issue, which shall continue in full force and effect.
11.2 The Club’s failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, power or remedy provided by these Conditions of Issue or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that right, power or remedy.
11.3 The Terms and Conditions of Entry constitute the entire agreement between the Club and the Season Ticket holder and neither the Club nor the Season Ticket holder shall have any claim or remedy in respect of any statement, representation, warranty or undertaking made by or on behalf of any other party in relation to the Terms and Conditions of Entry which is not set out therein.
11.4 Notwithstanding any other provision in these Conditions of Issue and with the exception of FIFA, UEFA, The FA, PL and the Football League, no other person other than you or the Club has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely on or enforce any term of these Conditions of Issue. Nothing in these terms of conditions shall affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available other than as a result of the aforementioned Act.
11.5 These Conditions of Issue shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales (including in relation to any non-contractual disputes or claims).
In the Conditions of Issue the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
"Away Club" means the football club playing against the Club.
"Conditions of Issue" means these terms and conditions governing the issue and use of a Season Ticket.
"Ground" means the football stadium and all other locations owned, occupied or utilised by the Club.
"round Regulations" means those ground regulations issued by the Club from time to time that set out the terms and conditions upon which spectators are granted entry to the Ground (copies of which are available from the Club on request or otherwise on display at the Ground).
"Guest" means a relative, friend, colleague and/or companion to the disabled who would be entitled to purchase a Season Ticket under the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
"Match" means any Premier League football match (or other competition match as applicable) in which the Club participates and that takes place at the Ground during an applicable Season.
"Members Card" means the access smart card granting access to the Ground for Matches during an applicable Season.
"Season Ticket" means a Season Ticket booklet (and all or any component vouchers therein) or any Season Ticket smartcard including a Season Card (and/or any rights arising out of or in connection with any of the foregoing) for admission to Matches.
“Terms & Conditions of Entry” means each of the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, The Premier League ("PL") and The Football League; the Ground Regulations; and the Conditions of Issue (all of which are available from the Club on request).
1. The Contract
1.1 This agreement is entered into by Liverpool Football Club & Athletic Grounds Limited (“We”) and the customer (“you”).
1.2 By applying for a Car Park Pass you are confirming that you have read these terms and conditions and have understood and agreed to them.
1.3 (“You”) the customer confirm that you have full authority to enter into this Agreement.
2. Your Booking Confirmation and Car Park Pass
2.1 Once an application and payment have been received you will receive an email confirmation followed by a Car Park Pass via post. You are required to present this Car Park Pass to the attendant at the Car Park in order to be allowed access to the Car Park. Your Car Park Pass is particular to you and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned without our written consent.
2.2 If you are unable to produce your Car Park Pass, you may be refused admission and the fee will be non-refundable.
2.3 (“We”) will not provide directions, it is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that they are equipped with all that is necessary e.g. maps etc in order to find the Car Park as we will not be held responsible in cases where the Car Park cannot be found. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
2.4 Entry to the Car Park to any motor car may also be refused, whether a Car Park Pass is produced or otherwise, where the Car Park Attendants operating the Car Park, in their sole discretion, considers that it is reasonable to do so (including, without limitation, where the Car Park Attendants operating the Car Park, in their sole discretion, determines that such motor car is too large to fit comfortably within a Car Park Space or is not in a fit and suitable condition for driving).
2.5 A season Car Park Pass grants you access to the relevant Car Park for all home fixtures played at Anfield (Premier League, FA Cup , League Cup and European fixtures (if so applicable)) in that football season.
2.6 Please note that road access to an applicable Car Park may be restricted. Details if so applicable shall be shown on the back of your Car Park Pass.
2.7 In the event of any Car Park Pass issued to you becoming lost or stolen you must inform the Club immediately. Should you require a replacement Car Park Pass, please visit http://help.liverpoolfc.tv/ no later than 5 working days prior to the next applicable fixture, for assistance in what to do.
3.1 Please note that we reserve the right to terminate the licence for the use of any Car Park during the course of the season or for any particular fixture. Should we be required to do so we will reimburse you a pro-rated sum which in the case of a season Car Park Pass shall be based on the number games remaining in that football season at the date of termination.
4. Liability Disclaimer
We promise to exercise reasonable care and skill in carrying out our obligations under this Contract.
4.1 (“You”) the customer agree to park your vehicle in the Car Park at your own risk.
4.2 (“You”) the customer will use the Car Park for parking purposes only; any other activity is strictly prohibited. Unless otherwise stated.
4.3 (“You”) the customer confirm that you hold valid Third Party Insurance for the vehicle which will be parked in the Car Park.
4.4 (“We”) the company will not be held responsible or liable to (“You”) the customer or any Third Party for any direct, indirect or consequential loss including but not restricted to death, damage, destruction, loss, theft or injury arising out of or in connection with any act or omission of either (“We”) the company or any agent or representative acting on our behalf.
5.1 Please ensure all the windows of your vehicle are securely closed.
5.2 Please ensure your vehicle is securely locked.
5.3 Wherever possible please take your possessions with you when you leave your vehicle.
5.4 If you have to leave possessions in your vehicle please do not leave them on the seats where they are visible, but instead place them in the boot which should then be locked.
6. Safety in the Car Park
6.1 Please drive carefully in the Car Park and obey any directional and other signs.
6.2 After you have parked your vehicle please proceed to the nearest exit. Do not delay your exit from the Car Park and please keep a watchful eye on your children in the Car Park.
7.1 The parking pass is only available for the customer to who it is issued to. A parking pass, does not entitle the customer, unless otherwise specified, to any particular space in the Car Park or to priority over other customers.
7.2 (“We”) The company reserves the right to refuse access to any vehicle, with exception to production of valid Car Park Pass.
7.3 Access will not be permitted to any vehicles outside of the standard opening times of 3 hours before the event time unless confirmed in writing prior to the event date.
8. Abandoned Vehicles
8.1 Customers must remove their vehicles from the Car Park within 2 hours from the end of the event.
8.2 The company reserves the right to remove any vehicle which it reasonably believes to have been abandoned.
9. Changes to these Terms
9.1 (“We”) the company reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please check this page to ensure you are familiar with the terms.
10. Linking to another site
10.1 If (“We”) the company link to external sites, we do not accept any responsibility for their contents.
Please note that by agreeing to these terms, you will be entering into a legally binding contract with us.
1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are applicable to hospitality bookings only. Vouchers are not valid after the 12 months has expired. No cash equivalent will be offered.
2. To make a purchase above the value of the voucher you must combine the vouchers along with credit/debit card payment. No refund will be given if a balance remains after making your purchase.
3. The Club will not be responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged vouchers.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
